Shipping Policy for Food Delivery
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to Greater Vancouver, Tri-Cities, and Lower Mainland. If your location is outside our delivery zone, please contact us to check availability.
2. Delivery Time
- Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours of placement.
- Delivery times may vary based on traffic, weather, and order volume.
3. Delivery Fees
- Standard delivery fee and other charges apply.
- Free delivery for orders over $100.
- Additional charges may apply for long-distance deliveries.
4. Order Processing & Cutoff Times
- Orders placed 48 before delivery day will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed within 48 hours may be delivered the next business day.
5. Handling Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected delays may occur. We will notify customers of any significant delays and offer solutions where possible.
6. Contactless Delivery
For safety reasons, we offer contactless delivery. Our driver will leave the order at your doorstep and notify you upon arrival.
7. Refunds & Replacements
- If your order is incorrect, missing items, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
- We may offer refunds, credits, or replacements based on the issue.
